Who we are

Orders

An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. Before you confirm, the checkout shows every item, its price, the delivery method and the total, and lets you correct your order. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error; if you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES). Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.

Payment

You can pay by M-Pesa to Paybill 100400, account GHD (we dispatch once payment is received), cash on delivery for rider deliveries, or at our shop in The One Mall when you collect.

Delivery and collection

Delivery areas, charges and times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. You can also collect your order from our shop.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns policy.

Your written copy

After you order we send you a copy of your order and these terms. Keep it for your records.

Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other Kenyan law.
