Where we deliver
We deliver home essentials across Kenya from our shop in The One Mall: by rider within Nairobi and nearby towns, and to the rest of the country by Pick Up Mtaani, Super Metro, bus or matatu.
Delivery charges
The fee depends on your area and on how your order travels, and is shown at checkout before you pay. Rider deliveries can be paid cash on delivery or by M-Pesa; Pick Up Mtaani, Super Metro, shuttle and bus orders are paid by M-Pesa before dispatch. Collecting from our shop is free. For Pick Up Mtaani, Super Metro, shuttle and bus orders, WhatsApp us on 0725 650124 after you order with your agent, stage or town.

Delivery times
Nairobi rider orders are usually delivered the same day. For deliveries outside Nairobi, we WhatsApp you to agree a delivery day once your order is confirmed (and, for M-Pesa orders, paid).
Collect from our shop
Choose “Pick up in store” at checkout and collect your order from Gale Interiors, The One Mall, 3rd Floor, Shop T16, River Road (off Khoja Roundabout), Nairobi CBD. Open Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. For a smoother pickup, WhatsApp us on 0725 650124 to have your order prepared in advance.
