Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

When you order or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order history. When you browse: technical data such as your device and pages visited, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we collect it

To process and deliver your orders, contact you about them, provide customer service, keep records the law requires, and — only if you agree — send you offers and news.

Our lawful basis

We process order data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations. Marketing messages and analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Only those who help us serve you: delivery riders (name, phone, address), payment providers, our website host (CCLIV Agency, Kenya), and — if you accept analytics cookies — Google Analytics. We do not sell your data.

Is giving us your data required?

Name, phone and address are needed to fulfil an order; without them we cannot deliver. Everything else is voluntary.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for five years, as Kenyan tax law requires. Other personal data we keep only as long as we need it to serve you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time, subject to those records.

How we protect it

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), access to customer records is limited to our staff, and data is backed up daily.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask to be informed how your data is used, access it, correct it, object to its use, and have it deleted. Contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (www.odpc.go.ke).

Marketing

We only send offers if you ticked the box to receive them. Every message tells you how to stop.
